General:
Paint: Sherwin Williams Promar HP 200 low gloss eggshell in Alabaster throughout, on all walls ceilings and trim.
Wood Floors - Refinish with no stain and Water based Poly. (Entry, study, living room, dining)
LVP
Carpet - up the stairs and in all the bedrooms.
Kitchen:
White A1 Cabinets for the main L part of the kitchen layout. Lava Grey island cabinets. Calacatta quartz countertops.
Use provincial stain and water based poly on the floating shelves next to the fridge.

I know you said white dot + an accent strip but I couldn’t find a really pretty white dot. You should skip the accent strip and do this blue dot glossy wavy tile. (I think the blue dot with no accent will come out to about the same cost as white with the accent) Use Sandstone colored grout and set the tiles vertically on the 1/3, 1/3, 1/3.
If you can’t stomach the extra cost, use the second choice tile there, also with sandstone grout.
In both shower/bath surrounds, use black metal edging and stop the tile about 4-6” from the ceiling wherever the whole tile will end at.

Exterior Paint
I would also paint the entire exterior of the house Alabaster and paint the front doors SW Rain. And then wrap your columns with cedar with oil based poly on it to make them a more square farm house look. You could even make some cedar shutters on the front windows if you wanted to make it really pop. But you do have quite a few posts that I don’t think the shutters are super necessary.
