Why Should I Stage My House?

If your house has a room that is either a bit small, an awkward shape, or it isn't obvious what the area would be used for, potential buyers often have trouble picturing themselves buying and living in the home.

We see this most often with open concept living/dining areas, where buyers may not be able to see where they can put a table and living room furniture. By staging the living room and dining areas, we define the space so buyers are more likely to understand its best use.

Also by staging the master bedroom we can show buyers how a queen bed can fit in an otherwise small looking room.
