Add tile surround for shower over existing tub. All new finishes. Tile: Home Depot sku: 1004929498 4x12” subway tile, charcoal grout, laid brick horizontal, with a niche.

Master Bath:

Close in the door way to the kitchen, and move the shower to that wall (Shower and surround from Select). Move the Vanity to where the shower was. Shower will be 30”x60” shower stall with surround.
